Final order of costs in reverse domain name hijacking case

This past April the first Canadian finding of reverse domain name hijacking was decided by a CIRA panel concerning FORSALE.CA.  The panel asked the Registrant to submit its actual costs in the proceeding.

After reviewing this information the panel has awarded the Registrant the maximum amount permitted of $5000 to defray costs.
